FROZEN FOOD MENU

All our food is home-cooked on the premises, then frozen. Defrost in the fridge and cook in the conventional oven.

 
Cottage Pie
Minced beef in a thick tasty sauce topped with fluffy mashed potato
 
Turkey Dupiaza
A rich and meaty curry - spicy but not too hot (rice not included)
 
Spicy and Fruity Turkey Lasagne
Turkey mince in a deliciously flavoured fruity sauce layered with spinach, lasagne and cheese sauce
 

Fish Pie
A mixture of white fish, smoked fish, prawns, and egg in a creamy sauce topped with mashed potato

Tempura Meal  

This internationally renowned dish consists of fresh fish, seafood and vegetables coated in a light batter, deep fried and served with a dipping sauce.
Japanese food at Hell Barn Cottages
Tonkatsu    
Deep fried breaded pork cutlets with a Japanese sauce. It is simple, but tasty.
Fish Meal    
It is simply grilled salted fish, but cooked in this Japanese way, natural flavour really comes out. All fish are bought locally.
Teriyaki    
Chicken or Salmon cooked with teriyaki sauce (sweetened soy sauce).
All food comes with rice, miso soup, and salad with Japanese dressing.
