Maple Cottage is a truly beautiful property in what was once an 18th Century stable. It has been tastefully converted into a self catering holiday cottage which expertly blends modern comfort with the traditional feel of the building. Accommodating four guests across two bedrooms, it is ideal for couples or small families looking for a peaceful rural retreat. The cottage has a generously-sized entrance hall with room for plenty of coats and shoes.

Moving into the main area of the ground floor we have the spacious open plan living room/kitchen which also includes a dining area. It’s a comfortable and social space, allowing guests to cook, eat and lounge as a group. A TV with DVD player and Freesat as well as rural-strength WiFi provides entertainment options while the dining table is the perfect size for board games.

The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery and appliances – everything you need for preparing and cooking meals throughout your stay is at hand. The open plan layout of the cottage also means that the chef doesn’t have to slave over a hot stove all alone. They can still enjoy the company of the other guests whilst preparing their speciality dish. 

Maple Cottage’s upper level consists of two bedrooms with stylish decor and ample storage space for clothing, accessories and other personal belongings. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds whilst the master bedroom has a double bed and benefits from a lovely view out over the garden. Also located on the upper level is a family bathroom, featuring all of the facilities necessary to meet the needs of a full house.
